QA Testing Services for SaaS Startups: How Vervali Works
How Vervali tests a SaaS startup's product: what to test first, when to outsource, manual or automation, the monthly cost at published rates, and how the free pilot…
Vervali tests property platforms end to end: listing and search accuracy, map and location integrations, lead capture and CRM handoff, document and e-signature flows, payment and rent collection, tenant and owner portals, and behaviour under listing-refresh load. Testing and development are delivered by the same team, in US hours.

Testing first on this page, development second. Property platforms break at listings, maps, leads, documents, rent and portals, not on a generic home page. US product teams get this work in US hours, 9am to 1pm Eastern, with delivery from India, from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab with CMMI Level 3 process. Functional method sits on application testing. Here it is those paths on a listing, CRM or tenant platform.
Accuracy against the source feed, filters that actually filter, and stale listings, which is the complaint that loses a portal its users. A search that returns a sold unit, or a filter that ignores the price band, is not a cosmetic defect. We test the feed, the cache and the case the listing already changed while the buyer is still on the page.
Geocoding, boundary and radius search, and what happens when the mapping provider is slow. A pin that lands in the wrong block, or a map that never paints, is a lost viewing. We test the slow vendor and the partial geocode, not only a demo pin on one laptop.
The enquiry that never arrives, which is direct lost revenue. Form, duplicate, routing and the CRM record the agent actually opens. A thank-you page with no lead in the CRM is the case. Integrations are named in the design after NDA, not as a public logo list.
Offer, lease, disclosure and the signed file that has to match what the signer saw. A packet that drops a page, or a signature that never binds, is not a Jira ticket. It is a deal that cannot close. We test the slow vendor, the expired link and the mobile signer.
Deposit, rent, split payment, retry and the reverse path. A tenant who paid and a ledger that does not agree is the case. PCI DSS scope is the card data you touch. We test those controls. We do not issue a PCI certificate.
Login, roles, maintenance tickets, statements and the document the owner actually needs. A portal that cannot show last month rent is why support queues grow. Device coverage sits on mobile application testing when the journey is an app.
Need listing, CRM and rent coverage that matches how property platforms actually fail? Talk to a QA lead, or start with a free test of one listing flow.
Talk to a QA LeadProperty platforms break at their edges rather than in their code. Multiple listing service and portal feeds, mapping and geocoding, identity verification, credit and background checks, e-signature, and payment. For each, what is tested is behaviour when the third party is slow, partial or returns something unexpected, which is the case nobody scripts. Method sits on API testing services. After NDA we name those systems in the design. If we have not tested that host before, we say so before we quote rather than gesture at a logo wall.
MLS and portal feeds that arrive late, duplicate, or drop a field. Stale inventory is the complaint. We test the refresh, the conflict, and the listing that sold while the buyer still had it open.
Geocoding that is slow, a boundary that is wrong, and identity or credit checks that never return. Partial payloads are the usual miss. We do not invent a connector list. Named vendors sit in the quote.
A signed packet that does not match the screen, and a rent capture the ledger never sees. Slow vendors and expired links are in the pack. PCI DSS is a control test, not a certificate we issue.
The load shapes specific to property: a bulk feed refresh, a new development launch, and a portal campaign. The one that breaks a platform first is usually the feed refresh rather than the visitor traffic. Method sits on performance testing. A single spike on the home page is not enough.
Bulk updates against search, maps and cache. Search that stays up while inventory is wrong is a failed portal, not a green report. Model it from your own last refresh, not a round number of virtual users.
Concentrated enquiry, waitlists and lead handoff. The CRM and the form have to agree while the listing is still being edited. That mix is the test, not a second home-page spike.
Visitor traffic on search and listing detail. Useful, and rarely the first break. We still load checkout or enquiry if that is how you take money. Method sits on performance testing.
Property platforms hold identity documents, income evidence and bank details, which makes them a higher-value target than their owners usually assume. What is tested: access control between tenant, owner and agent, document storage, payment pages, and the controls evidence a review will ask for. Application and API attack work is a separate engagement of agreed in-scope assets on security testing. Control-by-control method sits on compliance testing.
We test those controls. We do not issue a PCI or GDPR certificate. Vervali tests client controls and evidence for SOC 2 readiness and does not hold that certification. We do not claim certified security staff. 100% coverage of agreed in-scope on the security work.
The property search application is its own surface: saved searches, push for a price drop, deep links from email, and maps on a phone. A desktop listing that works does not prove the app. The matrix sits on mobile application testing. Development of that app sits on custom software development when the question is the build.
Accessibility for a portal that lets people find housing is a genuine obligation rather than a nicety. Keyboard, labels and a screen reader on search, listing detail, enquiry and the tenant portal. Audits and VPAT support live on accessibility testing. We map which rule binds you in the design. We do not issue an ADA certificate.
One block. A consumer self-service portal, sector as recorded. It shows Vervali has rebuilt and tested a portal at that scale. It is not a claim the named work was a property listing site.
Consumer self-service portal
Before: support was carrying questions the product should have answered, so queues grew with every release. Vervali rebuilt and tested the journeys people actually used: login, status, documents and the request that used to land on a phone. After: 80% fewer support calls. Listing, CRM and rent packs on this page still have to be scoped to your feeds. The portal number is the proof we will put on the page.
80% fewer support callsTo scope a property platform we need the products in play (listing, CRM, payments, maps, portals), the paths that take an enquiry or rent, and staging access under NDA. A first assessment is quoted after that look. You receive the coverage model, the integration surface, and the load shapes that apply: feed refresh, launch, campaign.
A free test of one listing flow is the fastest first look. Talk to a QA lead if you already know the platform. Coverage is 9am to 1pm Eastern. We do not claim 24/7.
