What We Build for Enterprises

Operations platforms, portals and integrations, tested before live traffic.

Operations Platforms

Internal tools for the process you already run, with the roles, approvals and records it needs. The quote names the modules in the first release.

Internal Portals

Employee, partner and customer portals on one sign-in. Portal-only work is scoped on custom web portals.

System Integrations

ERP, CRM, finance and HR systems connected so records agree, each one named in the quote with an owner.

Workflow and Approvals

The steps, approvers and exceptions your team follows today, written down and built as rules rather than as spreadsheets.

Reporting and Data

The reports operations, finance and management already file, built from one set of records instead of three.

Web and Mobile Access

Web first, with mobile when it is named in the first release. App work is scoped on mobile app development.

Tell us the process you run today. We will name the modules and integrations it needs.

Operations Problems We Fix

The issues that surface once the process has outgrown the tools around it.

Records That Disagree

The same customer or order held differently in three systems. Integrations keep one version of the record.

Spreadsheets Running the Process

Approvals and handoffs living in files and email. Each one becomes a tracked step with an owner.

Legacy System in the Way

An old platform that blocks the next change. Replacement is scoped on legacy system modernization and migration.

Portals Nobody Uses

Sign-ins that fail and screens that do not match the work. We start from the task people actually do.

Tested Before Go-Live

The same team that writes the platform proves roles, integrations and the process before launch.

Roles and Permissions

Each role checked so people see and change only what their job allows.

Integrations End to End

Data followed from one system to the next, including the failures and retries.

The Process You Already Run

Your real cases replayed on the new platform, with a parallel run when the quote includes one.

Month-End Load

Traffic modelled on your own peaks, such as month-end close or payroll day, before they arrive.

Controls Tested, Not Certified

We test PCI, HIPAA, FERPA or GDPR controls when those rules are named in the quote, and report the results to you. We do not issue those certificates. ISO/IEC 27001 is Vervali's own information security certification.

How an Enterprise Engagement Runs

Named modules, a tested platform and support after go-live.

Scoping Session

A free look at the process, the systems involved and what already has to stay.

Scope and Quote

Modules, integrations and roles named up front, then a fixed price for that release.

Build and Test

Sprints with a working platform to review, and roles and integrations tested as they are built.

Launch and Support

Go-live checks, then a named support line for fixes and small changes. Later modules are their own releases.

Why Teams Choose Vervali for Enterprise Work

One accountable team for the platform, the integrations and the test pass behind them.

Build and Test Together

Developers backed by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab and CMMI Level 3 process, so the platform that launches is the one that was tested.

Specialist Pages When You Need Them

Named verticals are scoped on ERP and CRM development, HR and payroll software and EdTech and LMS development.

Hours That Overlap

Working hours overlap 9am to 1pm Eastern, with delivery from India and one point of contact through launch.

Modules first, then a quote

Frequently Asked Questions

Operations platforms, internal portals and system integrations, tested before go-live. That covers workflow and approvals, reporting, and the connections between ERP, CRM, finance and HR systems. Named verticals such as HR and payroll, ERP and CRM, or EdTech have their own service pages. The quote lists the modules in the first release.

Yes, when those systems are named in the quote. We connect the new platform to the ERP, CRM, finance or HR tools you already run, and test each connection end to end, including failures and retries. Replacing an old system is scoped separately as a modernization project. The quote lists every system and who owns it.

Yes, when both are named in the first release. Web is the default for operations platforms and portals. Mobile is added when your people work in the field or away from a desk, and it is scoped with the devices they carry. We do not add a mobile app as a default, so you only pay for what the process needs.

We build to the rules named in the quote, such as PCI, HIPAA, FERPA or GDPR, and we test those controls before go-live. We do not issue those certificates, and we do not certify the platform. Vervali itself holds ISO/IEC 27001 for information security. The quote lists which controls are in scope and how they are tested.

Yes, as a named line in the quote: fixes, small changes and the operating work the platform still needs after go-live. Larger version upgrades are scoped as their own engagement. Coverage is 9am to 1pm Eastern, with delivery from India. Support is priced before launch, so it is never a surprise after the first release.

The time follows the number of modules, the integrations and whether a parallel run is included. A small first release with one or two modules is the shorter engagement. A suite with an ERP on the same path takes longer. We name the weeks in the written quote after a free scoping session, once the first release is written down.

Yes. The first release covers the modules that have to run on day one, and later releases add what waited. Each release is scoped and priced on its own, so you are never committed to the whole roadmap up front. If you want a team that stays between releases, a dedicated team billed monthly is the usual model.

Clutch lists Vervali at $25 to $49 per hour. An enterprise build is quoted as a fixed price once the modules, integrations and roles are scoped, or monthly for a dedicated team. A single portal and a suite with ERP integration are different quotes. Tool licences, data and extra device coverage are named in the estimate.
