What We Build

Applications designed for the cloud from the first line of code, and proven under load before launch.

Containerised Microservices

Services that ship in containers, scale on their own and fail without taking the rest of the system down. Built on Docker and Kubernetes, with multi-region deployment where uptime demands it.

Serverless and Event-Driven

Serverless functions, queues and event streams that absorb traffic spikes, cut idle infrastructure cost and let teams ship features without waiting on servers.

Load Tested Before Release

The team that builds it load tests it, so the scale questions a large customer asks are answered with results before go-live, not promises after it.

Cloud native is proven under load, not on an architecture slide.

Problems We Fix

The four things that hold growing products back, and what replaces each one.

Monolith Slowdown

Monoliths re-architected into microservices, moved through cloud migration and modernisation.

Failed Deploys

Outages and broken rollouts replaced by CI/CD pipelines and resilient infrastructure with rollback.

Traffic Spikes

Auto-scaling containers and event-driven design that hold steady when demand jumps.

Compliance Gaps

Architectures designed for GDPR, HIPAA and ISO/IEC 27001 controls from the start.

Built In From the First Sprint

The operating basics are part of the build, not a later project.

CI/CD Pipelines

Build, test and deploy on every change, set up with DevOps consulting and CI/CD.

Orchestration

Kubernetes, Helm and auto-scaling tuned to real load for high availability.

Observability

Logs, metrics and traces with alerts routed to an owner, so issues surface early.

Secure by Design

Identity, secrets and network rules set in code, then checked by cloud security testing.

Results From Delivery

Regulated, high-volume systems, built and load tested by the same team.

Two private-sector banks · Lending platforms

Loan processing and agent onboarding rebuilt for two leading private-sector banks, with the compliance each engagement required. Platforms like these scale through tested services and controlled releases, not heroics.

60% faster loan processing50% less agent onboarding time

Diagnostics Chain Back End

The back end for a Chennai diagnostics chain, built to carry the integrations and load that real patient volume produces.

Cybersecurity SaaS

A cybersecurity SaaS product tested under DDoS simulation, so the team knew how it fails and recovers before its customers did.

How a Build Starts

One environment reviewed, one service live, then scale with evidence.

Environment Review

A free review of one environment: what runs today, where it strains and what it costs.

Architecture Plan

Services, data and platform choices written down. Wider strategy runs through cloud consulting and strategy.

First Service Live

One service built, deployed through the pipeline and load tested, so the pattern is proven.

Scale or Hand Over

Extend to more services, train your team, or hand day two to managed cloud services.

Why Teams Choose Vervali for Cloud Native

Engineers who build and test the same system, so scale is shown, not claimed.

Testing Lab Discipline

An ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab with CMMI Level 3 process, so load, regression and security checks are planned and repeatable.

AWS and Azure

We build on AWS and Azure, and take on the wider product, including multi-tenant SaaS, through cloud application development.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cloud testing checks how an application behaves in the cloud environment it runs in: functional, load, security, failover and configuration tests on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. For cloud native apps it also covers how containers scale, how services recover when one fails and how events behave under a spike. We run those checks before every major release.

The five most often named are Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and Oracle Cloud, with IBM Cloud close behind. Most of our cloud native builds run on AWS and Azure. We keep services containerised and infrastructure in code, so the application is not locked to one provider's tooling when your business needs change.

Common choices include JMeter and k6 for load, Selenium, Playwright and Cypress for UI, Postman for APIs and OWASP ZAP for security. For cloud native systems we add chaos tests that kill pods and throttle services to prove resilience. The tool matters less than running it in the pipeline, on every build, against a production-like environment.

UAT is run by business users, so the tools focus on tracking rather than scripting. Teams commonly use Jira or Azure DevOps for test cases and defects, TestRail or Zephyr for test management, and screen capture tools for feedback. We automate functional, load and regression checks before UAT, so business users spend their time on real acceptance decisions.

A DevOps consultant reviews how your team builds, tests and releases software, then designs and puts in the improvements: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containers, monitoring and the quality gates in between. On a cloud native build that work starts on day one, so every service ships through the same tested pipeline from its first release.

No. AI speeds up parts of the work, such as drafting Dockerfiles, infrastructure templates and pipeline scripts, but someone still has to own a failed deploy, set scaling rules and decide when to roll back. AI makes DevOps teams faster. It does not replace the judgement and accountability a production system needs, which is why every service we build has a named owner.

Yes. Cloud native applications depend on DevOps to run at all: containers need orchestration, services need pipelines and every release needs monitoring. Demand has moved from building pipelines from scratch to running secure, tested releases across many services. That is why our cloud native builds include the pipelines, observability and runbooks your team needs to operate them.

The 7 C's usually describe the DevOps lifecycle: continuous development, continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment, continuous feedback, continuous monitoring and continuous operations. Cloud native apps rely on all seven, because many small services release often and independently. We set up the pipelines, tests and monitoring behind each stage as part of the build, with continuous testing taken most seriously.
