Fleet Management Systems,
Built and Tested

GPS, routing, maintenance and driver workflows, built and tested before go-live. We build the tracking, dispatch and logs around the vehicles you already run, and prove the system holds up on the devices your drivers carry.

What We Build for Fleets

Tracking, dispatch, maintenance and driver workflows, tested before the first vehicle goes live.

Live Tracking and Maps

Vehicle location, trip history and geofences on the map your dispatchers actually use. The quote names the vehicles and update rates in the first release.

Routing and Dispatch

Routes, stops and reassignments built around the dispatch rules you run today, with exceptions handled as steps rather than phone calls.

Maintenance and Inspections

Service schedules, inspection checklists and work orders, so a vehicle due for service is flagged before it breaks down.

ELD and Driver Logs

Hours-of-service logs and the reports you file, when those rules are named in the quote. Driver apps are scoped on mobile app development.

Hardware and Telematics Integration

GPS trackers, telematics units and sensors you already run, each device type named in the quote with the data it sends.

Dashboards and Reports

Fuel, mileage, idle time and driver events in views for dispatchers and managers. Web dashboards are scoped on custom web portals.

Fleet Problems We Fix

The issues that show up once vehicles, drivers and routes outgrow spreadsheets and phone calls.

No Live Picture

Dispatchers calling drivers to learn where a vehicle is. Live tracking replaces the call.

Maintenance in Spreadsheets

Service dates missed because they live in files. Each vehicle gets a schedule and an owner.

Late Deliveries

Routes that ignore traffic and reassignments done by hand. Dispatch rules are built in and tested.

Logs That Fail an Audit

Hours and inspection records that do not match what happened. Logs are built to the rules named in the quote.

Tested Before Vehicles Go Live

The same team that writes the platform proves tracking, routes and logs before launch.

Tracking Accuracy

Location, update rates and signal gaps checked against real trips, including tunnels and dead zones.

Routing and Dispatch Rules

Reassignments, exceptions and cut-off times replayed against your real routes.

Driver Devices

Phones and in-cab devices taken from your fleet, tested for sign-in, offline use and battery drain.

Load at Peak Fleet Size

Traffic modelled on your full fleet reporting at once, such as shift start, before it happens.

Controls Tested, Not Certified

We test ELD, DOT or FMCSA controls when those rules are named in the quote, and report the results to you. We do not issue those certificates. ISO/IEC 27001 is Vervali's own information security certification.

How a Fleet Build Runs

Named vehicles and devices, a tested platform and support after go-live.

Scoping Session

A free look at the fleet, the devices already installed and the dispatch process in use.

Scope and Quote

Vehicles, devices, reports and integrations named up front, then a fixed price for that release.

Build and Test

Sprints with a working system to review, and tracking, routing and logs tested as they are built.

Launch and Support

A pilot on part of the fleet, go-live checks, then a named support line. Later modules are their own releases.

Why Teams Choose Vervali for Fleet Systems

One accountable team for the fleet platform and the test pass behind it.

Build and Test Together

Developers backed by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab and CMMI Level 3 process, so the system that launches is the one that was tested.

Wider Logistics Work

Broader logistics software is scoped on logistics and fleet management and enterprise solutions.

Hours That Overlap

Working hours overlap 9am to 1pm Eastern, with delivery from India and one point of contact through launch.

Fleet first, then a quote

Put Your Whole Fleet on One System

Tell us the vehicles, devices and reports the system has to carry. We come back with the scope and a fixed quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, when the device types are named in the quote. We connect to the GPS trackers, telematics units and sensors you already run, using the data each one sends, and test the feed against real trips. Hardware we have not worked with is checked in the scoping session before we quote, so you hear about any gap early.

Yes, when mobile is named in the first release. A driver app covers sign-in, assigned routes, inspections and logs. A manager app covers live location and alerts. Both are scoped with the phones and in-cab devices your fleet already carries. We do not add a native app as a default, so you pay only for what the work needs.

We do not promise a fuel or delay percentage. The system gives dispatchers live location, routes that reflect your dispatch rules, and reports on idle time, mileage and late stops. Your team uses those to reroute, retrain and plan. The quote lists which reports ship first, so the data you act on is agreed up front.

We build to the rules named in the quote, such as ELD, DOT, FMCSA or local transport mandates, and we test those controls before go-live. We do not issue those certificates, and we do not certify the platform. Vervali itself holds ISO/IEC 27001 for information security. The quote lists which rules are in scope.

Yes, when the metrics are named in the quote, such as harsh braking, speeding, idle time and hours driven. The system records the events your devices report and shows them per driver and per trip. How the data is used with drivers is your policy, and we help you set the reports that support it.

The platform is sized to the fleet in the quote, with room for growth that you name, for example from one depot to several cities. We test with traffic modelled on your whole fleet reporting at once, such as shift start. Larger growth is scoped as a later release, with its own test pass.

Support is a named line in the quote: fixes, device changes and small report changes after go-live. Analytics start with the reports agreed for the first release, and more can follow in later releases. Coverage is 9am to 1pm Eastern, with delivery from India. Support is priced before launch, so it is never a surprise.

Clutch lists Vervali at $25 to $49 per hour. A fleet build is quoted as a fixed price once the vehicles, devices, reports and integrations are scoped, or monthly for a dedicated team. A tracking-only system and one with ELD and driver apps are different quotes. Tool licences, data and extra device coverage are named in the estimate.
