Yes, when offline use is named in the quote. Learners download a course or lesson, work without a network, and progress syncs when the device reconnects. That is a mobile app build, scoped with the devices your learners already carry. If every learner is on a browser with a stable connection, offline stays out of the first release and the price reflects that.
We do not promise a retention percentage. Engagement comes from what the product does: clear learner journeys, timely assessments, progress views and reminders. Gamification such as badges, points and leaderboards is built when you name it. The reports show where learners drop off, so your team can act on real completion data rather than a slogan.
We build to the rules named in the quote, such as FERPA, GDPR, SCORM or LTI, and we test those controls before go-live. We do not issue a FERPA or GDPR certificate, and we do not certify the platform. Vervali itself holds ISO/IEC 27001 for information security.
